hai gaiz
so today I.....
1)woke up at a reasonable time for a change. woot!
2)played sims!
3)watched the first fringe episode of this season
4)took a lovely nap in my fuzzy blanket
5)taught gymnastics to little kiddies
6)drank a bunch of coffee
7)did cardio
the coffee made me go so fast in my cardio and it wasn't even difficult. i should coffee up before every workout. that was super.
8)did gymnatsics
we got an air track at our gym. it's basically a long bounce house without the walls or roof. it was too much fun. as in, that much fun should be illegal. i got to tumble on it...and then i just ran across it....so awesome!all in all, a super fantastic day.
today i also found a spider on my house. it was scary looking.
yesterday i found a gecko in my bedroom.
@quantumstorm and I have named him Spletchfrchslpat Frederick Banana DingDong III
tonight i found joy napping in my purse.@quantumstorm is right she does look kinda like this guy
oh and i finally am current with supernatural. well, as current as i can be considering hulu puts things up 8 days after they air. so i guess i am 8 days behind supernatural. i just thought i would update everyone on that since you guys care so much about my supernatural watching.

Wow, you have all sorts of creatures in your house. Lol. Actually, most fitness experts advise drinking a cup of coffee before a workout if you want to enhance your endurance. =)
I don't know if its true or not but i heard from doctor once that drinking caffeine before a workout can cause a workout to actually burn fewer calories and be less healthy. something about the caffeine providing most of the energy resulting in the calories and fat not being burned as they would otherwise.
frankly it is something that would be very interested in finding out more about.
