hello xanga!
school is finally starting to pick up, just a little bit. i was enjoying the slow start but i think if this slow business went on for too long my brain would turn into mush.
so far this semster doesn’t look bad. only two of my classes have tests and according to the schedule, the exams will always be a couple of weeks apart. so no same week/same day tests, yay!
i still haven’t started my research yet, probably will be starting that soon though. and my job at school hasn’t started yet either, so the past couple weeks really have been super easy. my first test is a week from tuesday though so i guess i should start studying.
p chem 2 is much better than p chem 1. but then, just about everything is better than thermo, which is mostly what p chem 1 is about. p chem 2 seems like a lot of calculus and differential equations. i never took diff eq, but it looks kinda neat.
i am scheduled for my GRE finally. now i just need to decide if i am going to attempt the subject test also, or if i would be better off not taking it. do i take something that is only recommended and not required, but run the risk of making a bad score? surely it’s better to not take it if i would do terribly. but then i don’t know how i would do. ah, decisions, decisions.
i have been lazy with working out lately. i just get bored at the gym, which is weird for me. i usually don’t get bored at the gym. anyway,i need to get my bike fixed so i can go riding again, because i really love doing that. and it should be a little warmer this next week, so it wouldn’t be too bad biking to school.
this weekend i have been super lazy with school, too. i don’t have my study habit for this semester yet. last night i watched emma with my mom, then some psych, and today i played sims and pokemon all day. haha
. i picked up my lab book today to write my pre-lab, but after reading the lab i got so sleepy that i stopped. oh well.
