xanga keeps trying to ask me this so i will finally just answer it in the hopes of getting a new question. here is my answer.
i just don’t know how to answer!
I was playing sims. I have two couples sharing a house, and together they have 4 kids. All the kids shared a room. They cry so much, all at once. I know it isn’t real, but it made me so stressed out watching one of the parents enter that horrible horrible realm called a nursery, where the crying toddlers resided.
In fact, it stressed me out so much that I didn’t tell the parents to take care of the children. I just ignored them. I didn’t care if they were hungry or their diapers were dirty, or if their mood status said “lonely’. I just really didn’t care. Somehow, they survived. And then, they grew up. When sim toddlers grow into sim children, they are given a personality trait. If you raise them well, you get to choose the trait (maybe genius, or artistic). But if you do a bad job, the game chooses for you. This is what my kids got.
yes, I named one of my children vladimir. When he was born, I did get to choose a trait for him, and I think I gave him the evil trait. as a toddler, if he saw someone get hurt, all of a sudden his mood bar would say “fiendishly delighted”. hahahahahahahahaha. I think I also chose the genius trait for him. So now he is an evil genius who is also inappropriate.
I know that sims isn’t real life and this probably does not reflect whether or not I would be a good mother, but you never know.
Sooooo last night I went to the TNG event in the theater, and I DRESSED UP THIS TIME. sort of. I got some clothes together that I already own, because actual star trek uniforms are expensive. I think I did a pretty good job of faking my outfit though. I WAS A SCIENCE OFFICER
they showed a cast interview between the episodes, and I realized that LeVar Burton is quite eloquent. I woke up this morning with this song in my head.
gee, I wonder how that got there.
YAY STAR TREK
also, here is the best video on the internet. last night when the doorbell sound went off on the show, I was reminded of this song.
I think it was…JOY!
or maybe…it was me!
either way, greek is freaked. poor greek.
and that was my response to the freaked greek challenge, posted by @greekphysique
time for my afternoon tea! it is earl grey today, like most days. I love that stuff. I saw the new James Bond movie last night, and earl grey was mentioned. It made me happy.
I have started drinking hot tea right after lunch. It used to seem weird. I have always always thought of lunch as a cold drink meal. But I am liking this hot tea after lunch thing. There is something nice about it, and I can’t quite put my finger on it. It just feels great. Part of that is probably that the tea keeps me warm. I usually feel cold after lunch, and drinking something hot helps. yay hot tea!
